Went skiing for the first time yesterday. Bitter sweet experience. At one point I was so traumatized because well I went up the highest point by accident (was suppose to get off a moving cable car by jumping off it on skis.) and the only way for me to get down was to ski 1 mile down. Took me half an hour to get down because skiing down was suicidal so I walked( Bao Bei came to rescue me, thank god). I've never been so terrified before, I crashed into bushes, flat on my butt, I even crashed into Bao Bei.
Funny story I actually cried when I reach the bottom, if you know me I never cry for such things. I collected myself together and try to ski again with a bit of practice I was skiing by no time without falling or crashing into anything or anyone. It was fun in the end and we are probably gonna do it again real soon.
Bao bei and I before all the crazy stuff happened. You should see the kids here, some of them are only 4 years old. Omg such a dangerous sport and parents actually bring their kids to ski with them. There was one tiny little girl in pink ski pass us screaming " omg omg help me!"
I haven't really been out for a very long time. So Friday night everyone decide to go to this gay bar downtown to see some strippers.
Girls that I always love hanging out with here.
Mom asked, "don't you mix with Americans there?" It's not that I'm racist or I choose not to mix with the locals there but it's more like we are all bond by familiarity. Don't believe me? Ask all my friends that are over seas, we just end up bonding with our own kind. Well I do a few local acquaintances but not as close compared to the Malaysians here in Eau Claire.
I'm so worn out by all the dancing and skiing not forgetting I went to the gym few nights before. My whole body is aching but it was a great weekend. Now back to all the homework and test to study for the coming week.
